During the month of July, 97% of our customers reported that they were satisfied or highly satisfied with the level of service they received. The data, which is collected monthly, is based on our in depth customer satisfaction survey which asks questions about various aspects of our service.
With over 70 projects completed in the month, Managing Director Tony Passmore said 'this is a fantastic result, and yet again displays our consitency in the delivery of customer service and the quality of our work'.
